Ingredients

1½ pounds kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into ¼-inch pieces

2 pounds baby creamer potatoes, washed and halved

Two 15-ounce cans green beans, drained

⅛ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup butter

1 cup onions, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

¼ cup water
Directions
Prepare the Potatoes and Seasoning:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Wash the baby creamer potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Place them in a sealable gallon-sized bag.

Add vegetable oil, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bag. Seal the bag and shake vigorously to evenly coat the potatoes.
Cook the Sausage and Onions:
4. In a large frying pan, cook the sliced kielbasa sausage with ¼ cup of water over medium-high heat. Cook until browned and most of the water has evaporated.
5. Once cooked, remove the sausage and set aside to cool. Add the sausage to the bag of seasoned potatoes.
6. In the same frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until the onions are translucent and fragrant. Allow to cool slightly and add to the bag with the potatoes and sausage.
Combine and Bake:
7. Add the drained green beans to the bag with the potatoes, sausage, and onions. Seal the bag and shake well to combine everything.
8. Transfer the contents of the bag into the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
